The space
Enjoy a relaxing Cape Cod stay in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home tucked into a quiet Brewster neighborhood. With room for up to 8 guests, a large private backyard, outdoor entertaining space, a finished game room, and access to a private beach on Seymour Pond, this home is a great choice for families and groups.
The main floor features an open layout with hardwood floors throughout and a comfortable living area with plenty of seating, a large area rug, coffee table, and wall-mounted 55" TV. An Xbox console and games provide additional entertainment.
The well-equipped kitchen includes new stainless steel appliances, an electric range, cookware, cutlery, and a drip coffee maker. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals, with a main dining area seating 8, an additional dining area near the kitchen seating 6, and counter seating for 3.
All three bedrooms are located on the second floor:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed + double bed, sleeps 4
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, sleeps 2
Bedroom 3: King bed, sleeps 2
There are two full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combination, while the main-floor bathroom has a walk-in shower stall.
Downstairs, the finished basement has been converted into a game room with a foosball table, arcade machine, air hockey, board games, and books, giving guests a fun space to enjoy after a day exploring the Cape.
Outside, the large deck overlooks a private backyard and offers plenty of space to relax and gather. Enjoy the lounge area around the gas fire pit, cook dinner on the gas grill, or gather around the picnic table. Beach chairs and a cooler are available in the backyard shed for guest use.
Guests can walk from the home to the residents-only beach at Seymour Pond, where kayaking is permitted. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is also approximately half a mile away, making it easy to enjoy biking and exploring the area. Long pond Brewster beach is a mile away.
Brewster is known for its beautiful beaches, walkable Main Street, and great local restaurants and shops. Nearby favorites include Pizza Shark, Kitchen Cafe, Brewster Sports Bar, Snowy Owl Coffee Roasters, and JT's Seafood.
