The space Set in the private Massasoit Hills community of Eastham, this bright single-level ranch home offers unobstructed water and sunset views over Cape Cod Bay. Quiet dirt roads wind through the neighborhood, perfect for walking, running, and bike rides. A wrap-around deck and a private roof deck take in the sweeping views, and the community's private beach sits directly across the street. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Three bedrooms are in the main house, and the fourth is a separate "bunkhouse" connected by a breezeway with its own half bath, perfect for a couple wanting privacy. There is one full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the main house, and one half bath in the “bunkhouse”, both on the first floor, plus an outdoor shower. For easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds Bedroom 4 (Bunkhouse): Queen Bed The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, an electric range and oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Gather around the dining table for six, with an additional table for two that’s perfect for morning coffee or a quiet breakfast.
