Located within a beautiful oceanfront tiny beach home community. Private road, driveway and beach access. Convenient outdoor shower and foot washing spigot to keep the floors clean.
Beach cottage is ideal for two people, small shower but excellent water pressure and a comfortable bed. Two window air conditioning units keep the cottage cool. Within walking distance of Pelham house and Ocean House which is amazing for those looking for great fine dining experiences. For the location and private beach access, the location and price point is unbeatable. The beach cottage could use a few minor updates but if you're looking to spend the days at the beach, explore, and take advantage of the local dining it's a great option for those looking to visit the Cape.

The living quarters were too small for 2 people. It’s advertised that it would work for 3, not so. Shower was way too small, you could not move in it. Very tight quarters. It was just too small for the price that was paid. It looked to be fairly private from the pictures but there are cottages to the front of you and behind you. No privacy outside. The couches inside were very uncomfortable and too big for the small living area. The price paid was too high for what it truly was.
