Head downstairs to the lower level, where you'll find additional space to relax and entertain. Kick back on the couch, watch TV on the smart TV where you can log into your streaming apps on the TV such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc., or challenge friends to a game of "pop-a-shot" arcade basketball. The galley-style kitchen is equipped with an electric range and a countertop that seats 2, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. Two bedrooms boast queen beds, while another offers bunk beds, ideal for families or groups. Need extra sleeping space? The lower level bonus room provides a pull-out couch for added flexibility. For easy planning, here are the bedroom layouts: Main level bedroom: Queen-sized bed & Smart TV Upstairs bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed Upstairs bedroom 2: Bunk beds (twin over twin) Additionally, there's a bonus room in the lower level with a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. With three full bathrooms—one on each level—you'll have plenty of space and convenience. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub/shower combo or a quick rinse in the standalone showers. All with paddles. -2 kayak carts to assist with getting down the street. -Enjoy the convenience of Central Air Conditioning -Only three steps to front door. -Dogs welcome, up to two dogs, sorry no puppies! $50 per pet. -A bedroom and full bath are located on the first floor for those with limited mobility. -Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the home. -Laundry machines are available on the first floor. Please keep in mind: -The booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the entire duration of the stay. Other things to note We look forward to welcoming you soon, standard rules like no smoking, no partying and being respectful of the neighbors apply. All guests must agree to be off the exterior spaces by 9PM and keep music down at all times, the house is in close proximity to the neighbors! Bring your furry friends, two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog per stay. Dogs must be at least one year old, sorry no puppies! Don't worry about accidental damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee of up to $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to your host before you depart.

Great spot we enjoyed Snake Pond, and all surrounding area restaurants and beaches. the house was great a lot of space, we had 7 people and we had plenty of room. the inside was clean, plenty of towels and extra sheets. The outdoor areas could use a little more TLC, but overall, a great stay and we would return!

You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into the little details, from the comfortable bedding to the additional sleeping spaces and extra room that make it especially accommodating for families. The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire stay that much more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and hospitality and would happily stay here again!

The location was convenient, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We also appreciated that there were beach chairs and beach toys available in the shed, which was a nice convenience. There were a few issues worth mentioning. The trees along the driveway were overgrown, and branches scraped and hit our car while driving up to the house. The backyard is not kid friendly as it is also overgrown and not well kept. We also noticed ants on the kitchen countertops during our stay. Additionally, when the third-floor tub was used, it leaked through the ceiling into the second-floor bathroom, which is something that should be addressed for future guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the host’s hospitality. With some attention to these maintenance issues, this would be an even better place to stay.
